Mike Cowley is President of CE Maintenance Solutions, a company that provides training, coaching and consulting services to facility and manufacturing maintenance organizations.  Cowley’s background includes more than 28 years of hands-on experience in the production maintenance and facility engineering field. He has extensive experience in all aspects of facility management, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), contract maintenance, utility operations, project engineering and senior engineering management. Currently, Cowley assists organizations in developing comprehensive plans and programs needed to implement and achieve facility-wide maintenance improvement. He has developed and taught programs for Maintenance Planning - Scheduling and Leadership Skills for Maintenance Management, part of his Maintenance Leadership Series for his growing list of clients. In addition, he has partnered with Clemson University and MPACT Learning Center, teaching maintenance management fundamentals programs across the country.
