Facility professionals are increasingly adopting integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) to manage real estate portfolios and related operations. Now it’s becoming clear that they must also find ways to use the data captured by those systems to continuously measure performance and identify areas for savings and process improvements. This session will explain how to use information to improve communication, streamline processes and help identify best practices.
