In tight economic times like these, facility executives face a dilemma. The pressure is on to reduce energy costs, but it is harder than ever to win funding for energy efficiency measures. One step that should be part of every project is to look for utility incentives for energy efficiency measures. Many electric utilities offer financial and other incentives for energy efforts like upgrades or audits. And these incentives can have a significant impact on the bottom line of a project. But many projects that might qualify for incentives fail to take advantage of the opportunity. This session will help facility executives how to look for incentives and what it may take to qualify for incentives.
